With Specter becoming a Democrat and Franken poised to take office, will Dems be able to p a carbon bill?

Hope so. You beat me to the draw! I was wondering the same thing! I'm not sure if Specter is changing immediately or wait until 2010, but hopefully the few moderate Republicans left can vote their conscious now instead of being threatened and manipulated to vote party line.
