What is a perfect atkins diet plan, what kind of meals?

You are supposed to cut out the bad carbs such as white bread, sugar, white everything. Eat only red meat, poultry, and fish, and all green vegetables, as well as "greens" such as lettuce of all kinds. Vegetables that are not green have alot of starches, so cut out the carrots, beets, as such. Stick to green ones. Total of carbs you are supposed to have a day is approximately 20 for women, 25 or so for men. Read the labels on each package when you go to the supermarket and count your carbs daily. PS you should know cheese has zero. In the atkins book he mentioned an induction diet that for the first two weeks not even vegetables are allowed in order to reach "ketosis", which means that by the end of the two weeks your sugar cravings will be gone. After the 2 weeks you introduce the green vegetables and start eating healthy (meat and vegetables only) from now on. (Start slow--do not cut out sugar or everything white immediately so that you won't get the sugar slump or gitters or headaches or any other withdrawal symptoms (that's my opinion).)
