Does a writer have to write a good plot, thought-provoking story, or symbolic story to win the Nobel Prize?

Art is always subjective so a lot has to come down to having something beyond the ordinary, that "IT" factor that is a combination of many elements. Usually the best way to accomplish this is to see what everyone else is doing and do the opposite and create a unique voice in a ocean of often similar works.
