I would suggest a visit to your optometrist for an evaluation. It could be your gles, it could be the meds, it could be a combination or it could be neither. The doctor should perform an oculomotor eval to check your eye movements and focusing "system". There are many inter-related processes involved in vision, especially of objects at near or while driving. No matter the cause, a good optometrist should be able to provide ways to help, whether it be specialized gles, vision therapy, or consultation with your primary care doctor to modify your meds.
