RollerCoaster Tycoon 2?

In Rollercoaster Tycoon 2, I'm playing a level where I have to get a park value of 225,000 by the end of October, year 4. Right now it's March year 3 and I've got like 221,000. But my park is completely crammed full of guests. If I decided to drown a lot of them to make room for more (because this is a park where you pay to enter, not to ride), would that deter more people from coming? And would it make my park value drop?
