What do flower horns eat???

i have a baby flower horn i think it just got used to my tank as it is swimming everywhere now compared to the days i just got it where it be shy and hoover in one spot for hours. i feed it tetra flakes but it isn't eating them what should i feed it that will garunty it eating.
