Roy Williams for Julius Jones?

Someone offered me Julius Jones for Roy Williams. I know that Williams is now on the Cowboys, but Julius Jones would help my team. My current receivers are Roy Williams, Larry Fitzgerald, Lee Evans, DeSean Jackson, Steve on, and Vincent Jackson. My current RBs are Adrian Peterson, Ronnie Brown, and Tim Hightower. So should I give up Williams for Jones?
