My cat wee'd on my stuff I need to return to the store, how do I get the smell out!!!?

I'm going mad, I managed to get the smell out of the top (most of it anyway) by hand washing it without getting the label wet, and it smells fine now! But the bag was like �40 and I know its disgusting cause my cats pissed on it but Im not wasting that money on it.. Can any body think of something i can put inside the bag or a way of washing it without making it worse or damaging the bag?? Its like a weird false leather, with a suede kinda feeling to it.. Thanks if you can help...
