Just out of curiousity, is it possible for a human to explode from natural cause, not a bomb?

Not like fire and shrapnel explosion, no. Parts of your body can sort of "explode" with the pressure behind them. For example, blood vessels can burst and if a really big one bursts, you'd be in trouble. But, no, not like a bomb explosion.
