Good clical compositions for shredding?

What are some good clical compositions to shred to? I'm kind of familiar with some (Baroque, Clical, or early Romantic), but what are some you would consider popular/well known/recognizable works? Just want to know what some other people think. My favorite clical shredders are Yngwie, Timo Tolkki, and Michael Angelo Batio. On the clical side I'm into Vivaldi, Bach, Pachelbel, Beethoven, and of course, Chopin.
